Vomiting in early morning around 4.45am

Asked for Male, 59 Years

My father had a stroke in month of February this year. He is on his medication since then. Physically he do not have any deformities except strength in left part of body especially legs. Few minutes before he had vomiting twice around 4.45am. Is this a regular indigestion issue or something in context to stroke he had earlier.
