Dear Madam, Issues with gall bladder are more common in females as compared to men. Unless you have some symptoms like pain, indigestion, vomiting, there is no need to worry too much about report you have mentioned. How ever eating low fat and low carbohydrate diet will help in preventing future problems. About ovarian cyst, again if you do not have any issues with periods and do not suffer form pain etc, then it may be a benign ( harm less ) cyst, how ever I would suggest you repeat the scan after six months to monitor the size of cyst, in case it is increasing in size, some intervention may be needed. I wish you a good health.
