Get a proper laryngoscopy done by an ENT/Laryngologist to rule out any organic pathology of your voice box. After that and a proper voice evaluation, either therapy or any other form of treatment can be initiated.

Yes ma’am there many options like speech therapy and thyroplasty produre to correct the same. U need to consult and give detailed history and ua voice to give u a definitive advice.
