Unfortunately it is difficult to give you the answer because of the insufficient information of your disease that you have provided. There are multiple treatment options including the ones that you have mentioned. BUT to be able to tell you what option will work best for you , a dermatologist needs to know 1. how much area (%) is affected 2. which areas are affected 3. is the disease stable or unstable 4. how long has the disease been stable if so 5. are there associated conditions like thyroid disorders etc 6. past history 7 , drug intake 8. family history 9. whether you are systemically stable etc. SINCE the information you have provided doesn't answer any of the above questions (except that it is stable) it is difficult to answer your question. GO to a dermatologist please and LET THE DERMATOLOGIST help you decide what is best for you.
