Hello. I'm 30 weeks pregnant. From second trimester I developed white patches on both areolas. left side is more than right side. It looks like vitiligo patches as the skin lost the pigmentation and its pinkish white. No itchiness or anything. Is pregnancy a trigger for vitiligo? If yes, I'm worried if it will spread. Is there any treatment
