Hi, Balanced diet and physical activity of 30-40 minutes along with sound sleep of 7-8 hours is imperative for healthy skin and hair. Deep coloured fruits and vegetables are very high in anti-oxidants like Papaya, Orange, Amla, Watermelon, leafy vegetables, Carrot, Beetroot etc . Probiotics are good for gut health and to improve immunity. Curd is a natural probiotic. Yakult is also a natural probiotic drink available in the market. Vitamin A, C and E are good for skin health.
