Can you suggest me vitamin and mineral tablet that has all the vitamins and minerals. I really dont want to take 3to 4 tablet..Something with vit c iron vit d3 zinc folic acid biotin calcium chromium magnesium all B vitamins?

It is not possible to have all ingredients in one. Take well balanced diet and plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Do walking in morning sun for half an hour. Take tablet Supradyn once daily.
