Vitamin D rich in fatty fish tuna, mackerel, salmon, orange juice, soy milk, cheese, egg yolks, cereal. Take Sun bath in the morning for 15 - 20 minutes. Vitamin B 12 rich in milk, chicken, eggs, oyster, egg, crab, salmon, trout, herring. Pazhaya sorru ( Cooked rice soaked in water in the night).This rice is very much rich in vitamin B12.
