In my opinion the sufficient range of vitamin d is around 75... and range varies from 30 to 100... but if u are getting pain in body or joints u need to work on increasing the level...u should take vitamin d supplements for that kindly take tab. Uprise d3 60k once a week... for about 2 months and den again get a test done.. apart from this u must also check ur calcium vitamin b 12 and uric acid which are responsible for getting such pains if already done with Dese kindly avoid.. take care get well soon

Hi.. As per your calcium level..it is ok.. You need to get neck and back to find the other sources of pain.. If you are obese then I recommend you to follow a good exercise regime atleast walking regularly for an hour daily for 6 days... Do strengthening exercises for neck and back... Perform gentle stretches to receive the pressure on the joints... Keep icing your neck and back frequently to receive pain... Maintain good posture while worked ng and sleeping Hope this is helpful for you Revert back in case you need any clarification..
