Plz tell me the  Best time to take sunlight to make body vitamin d in summer. And for how much time should i stay in sunlight for getting enough amount of vitamin d.

Morning sun around 8am to 9 am half an hour daily

Sitting in sun in morning for 1/2 hr. is sufficient.  The sun rays should fall on the skin directly. Rays filtered through window glass are ineffective.
