Vitamin D deficient
My vitamin D before 3 weeks came to be less than 10 since then 1 tablet in a week I used to take I had 3 tablets of 6000u till now . I want to ask at how much I should stop taking them and when to test it again

Hello Can you share your lab reports and the exact vit d supplement you're taking? Also, I'd like to take a detailed history of symptoms. For now, there is no need to stop taking vit d supplement for the next 2 months. Take a consult for detailed information on treatment and other options. Regards

As your vitamin d level is low , continue taking vitamin d 60000 IU weekly once for atleast 12 weeks.
