All Vitamin deficiencies can produce a whole lot of symptoms. And those symptoms don't have a specific and dedicated treatment. When a Vitamin D3 deficiency has been diagnosed , you should get the appropriate treatment. Vitamin D 3 is not available from food , definitely not from a vegetarian diet.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
