Vitamin B12 deficient
I did a blood test which shows I am Vitamin B 12 deficient (160 is the count). I eat lot of non veg foods but still having deficiency. What supplement can I take?

Less of vitamin B12 take animals products like milk and milk products, cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk  which is made by skimmed milk. Add nuts in ur diet. Need more information abt u so contact me for customized diet plan through practo direct consultation it's really work.
