I did a blood test which shows I am Vitamin B 12 deficient (160 is the count). I eat lot of non veg foods but still having deficiency. What supplement can I take?

Less of vitamin B12 take animals products like milk and milk products, cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk which is made by skimmed milk.
Add nuts in ur diet.
