Vit d deficiency
My vit d level is 24.48 ..very less ..due to this i feel back pain thigh pain ..in past i hv been taken vit d shot of 60 k..from last 3 month i hv nt been taken vit d shot ..so my question is that how i recover this means .when i should take vit d shot..ones a week for how long time ..plz give me proper advice...thx in advance sir\madam ...

Do following Use vit D fortified oils for cooking regularly Have exposure to mild sunlight daily Take milk plus banana daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do some relaxing exercise daily Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables dairy products fortified with vit d regularly Take Tab osteon D by sandu pharma 2 per day for 3 months Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Reconsult after 15 days
