My vut levels are showing less.. what shd I do to improve my vut levels.. I get joint pains in ankl and wrist

Take proper b12 and D3 supplements first... That will solve your problem plus antioxidants and amino acid supplements so that you won't feel pain Streching exercises are also imp that will increase your muscle strength and blood supply Thank you
