Vision after paralysis
Hi Doctors, My brother had a paralysis 4 years back, his right portion of body got paralysis and he has recovered now. Except his vision, for example while looking straight he can clearly see straight and left as well but not at the right. He can not see at complete 180 degree angle. What can be done in here, is this permanent disablity or it can be cured.

I think his right lateral rectus muscle has not recovered fully, that is why  not able to see right side ,after 4 yrs very difficult to recover, still you can consult neurologist for further opinion & advice.

Hello, from your history there is an eye muscle paralysis also, but it doesnt seem to have recovered. He can be seen by a neuroophthalmologist for detailed evaluation, please do take all your previous scans and reports and get an opinion from them..
