To address the elevated CRP (C-reactive protein) level and associated symptoms: Diet and Lifestyle Modifications 1. Continue with a Healthy Diet - Fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens are excellent. - Whole grains like rice and nuts are also beneficial. - Maintain the avoidance of added salt and sugar. 2. **Hydration**: - Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and support overall health. 3. **Rest and Recovery**: - Ensure adequate rest to allow the body to heal. Managing Pain and Swelling 1. **Medication**: - Zerodol (an anti-inflammatory medication) can be taken for pain as prescribed. 2. Elevation and Ice: - Elevate the ankle when resting to reduce swelling. - Apply ice packs to the swollen area for 15-20 minutes every few hours. Precautions 1. Avoid Strenuous Activities: - Limit activities that may strain the ankle joint until the swelling and pain subside. 2. Seek Medical Advice: - If the pain and swelling persist or worsen, get online consultation
