Viral fever and loose motion

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My 3.7 year old daughter was suffering from chills and fever in the evening. We went to the doctor and was prescribed viral fever medicine Ibugesic P and relent. However, she is now suffering from loose motion as well since late night. Please advise

Add curds and Banana in the diet and give ors after every loose motion if watery. Give syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days. Continue with syp combiflam for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
