Viginal iching
I am suffering from viginal iching from last one month  actually it's all the areas but sply upperside of labia majora I tried coconut oil 4_5 times , ice 3_4time but  it's working only for 2_3 hrs .and starts again . something  it seems like got some injeri  also by iching......... My husband was having some iching problem and is it possible because of his iching I got it....? but now from 2weeks we are not in contact then also  l can not fix this. Pls suggest me something which is possible for me to do at home because of lockdown I can not meet any dr . Pls help me...

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days and then twice a week for 6 weeks for both man and wife Cansoft CL vaginum pessary for 6 days at bedtime when not having periods

Keep dry Use cotton panties or no panties for a month Use Intiwash solution for cleaning vagina and vulva twice a day after using washroom Use barrier contraception like condom for 3 months to avoid ping pong infection
