Hi sir, from ur question, for ur age there is little R no chance for osteoporosis, if ur family history is positive only by this age u can feel the symptoms of arthritis also but in ur case it's just a vibration as this can be bcos of ur knee strain u feel this vibration so don't worry just apply ice around ur knee which will give tremendous difference in ur pain or vibration. Same way taking calcium R multi vitamin R not advisable at this age, ur natural reservoir in ur body will start to work slow if ur taking calcium R multi vitamin means chk with blood test n if deficiency R reduced means with the concern of ur doc take the doses.

Just on this one complaint we cannot say what it is.
Consult your orthopedician and get your knee checked out.
Sometimes it's normal to feel such sensation.
