Vibration in hand
I had vibrations in my hand since the last 10 years bcz of a small incident in school after then my hands vibrating in crucial moments this make me more conscious about my problem. My parents think that it happens when my mind become overthinks

Hi , you should meet good neuro physiotherapist and neurologist, they may go for MRI and EEG test , if any disease is found can be treated with medication .I have seen one case like that patient  had tremors without any known disease but we worked on his shoulder stability and it worked very well.

May u have intenstional tremor. N its not good for this age. This problems can be solved by combined treatment of neurologist and physiotherapist. It Will take time for yrs  to cure...thanx.

Vibration in hand could be because of many reasons.... Weakness of muscles, thyroid, neurological reasons as well as psychological reasons.... It can only be evaluated clinically... Visit a good neurologist near your area
