She was given Mannitol in first 4 days and she recovered well. She then could recognise persons and even was speaking. But kidney condition deteriorated and Mannitol was taken off from 5th day. Almost Immediately her speech stopped and she went to a state of drowsiness. Till then she was treated for Urine infection twice. Dr. now using diuretic in .1 lvl and medicines to increase blood pressure. She now has no self control and all figures given above are due to medicine support. Idealy the urine output should be at least around 30ml/Hr. Considering any absence of pre existing renal or kidney dysfunction, it may be possible that she had suffered an acute Kidney Injury which may be due to many reasons of which common ones [ which not necessarily be in this case ] are Dehydration, Sepsis, Drug Induced , Toxins , Metabolic etc. The prognosis of Acute Kidney injury is good as the inflicting cause if treated succesfully, the idney may recover without any residual damage. Trust your Doctors and leave the problem to them. They are trying hard to revive her condition. On a background of Stroke, she is not an easy candidate for finding quick solution for any complication.
