I am very skinny. Tried gym for last 3 months without any supplements. Nothing such happened. No weight gain. And moreover I can't manage my food intake properly due to my college. Suggest me a good die chart which would help me in gaining weight. Or should i go for proteins like whey protein?

When it comes to weight gain, it's all about increased portion sizes, consumed every 2 hours and choosing the healthier options instead of junk. Include a lot of high protein foods such as milk, curd, nuts, eggs, fish, chicken, dals, pulses and more. In all major meals, consume 20% more portions than what you regularly eat. Add 2-3 tsp of ghee every day. Do not miss out on including lot of fruits and vegetables each day.

Have 2 glasses milk/milk shakes, 2 cups curd/lassi, 10-12 nuts and dry fruits, 1 cup sprouts/pulses, 2 eggs, 1 portion of fish or chicken, 2 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday.
