From the last few weeks i have a sensation of spinning head when i go to bed and wake up, and sometimes sound waves also travel to my ear, please recommend me what to do?

It is a symptom caused by diseases of brain,ear and neck..and it is aggravated by changing the head position.. It needs detailed neurological and ENT evaluation. Consult a neurologist and get his advice about the further course of management..
