Vert severe, painful menstrual cramps

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 25 year female and married. No kids yet. WE have planned to have it later. I have very severe and painful menstrual cramps. A The pain is extreme. Sometimes I faint. Every time i get more bowel movements during the first day. Today I got my period at 7 am & my exam was at 9 - 12. Due to my cramps , i wasn't able to write exam fully, i was about to faint, 1st 2 hours i had to lie down & then within 1 hour couldnt complete the exam. Pls suggest how to overcome cramps on important days lyk dis
