Varicose veins
I'm suffering from varicose veins from past 4-5 years. I'm not able to stand for long hours continuously. I can see the veins on the surface of the skin and a bit of swelling too on the legs please help me with this. Thank you :)

As you are having symptomatic varicose vein of legs follow following advise Avoiding prolonged standing or sitting in same position Use leg stocking during walking or sitting specifically designed for varicose vein keep legs elevated during sleeping with using extra pillows Definite treatment is is surgery There are endovascular surgeon who do varicose vein surgery in advanced technologies
