I recently had unprotected sex on 26th of nov 2024 and then in urgency i went at washed my vagina using hands. After some hours i started to feel a ticklish sensation in my Celine which feel like wanting to urinate. Than next day it got a bit better after I had a hot bath. At 11 .30 am next day I had a contraseptive pill after that day on alternative days, it's been 5 days, either i feel that sensation in my vagina or a buring sensation at the end of urination. If i apply heat compression while feeling the ticklish sensation than it goes upto the area of stomach where we feel periods cramps. No other symptoms

You have not mentioned the date of your last period.
You said that you took a contraceptive pill on 27 November (a day after the sex on 26 November) and after that you are having a contraceptive pill every alternate day.
You have already ruined your hormone status.
Please consult a Gynaecologist with the information regarding the type of pill that you have been having on alternate days (whether i pill or the oral contraceptive pill -21 day pack).
You should also do your urine pregnancy test by 18-19 December if you don't get your periods by that date.
