Can I substitute Metronidazole for Secnidazole? How much of metronidazole should I take to r2 gm if Secnidazole

Secnidazole is much better than metronidazole.Itvis choice of drug for pelvic inflammatory disease.Metronidazole you have to take for long time to bring the same effect and bitterness is more .
