Vagina irritation and hitchy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have a vagina irritation and hitchy feeling. I am married and planning for a baby. I always get this irritation every month prior to 8 days of my menustral cycle. I am visiting doc every month and end up having tabs and will be settled and fine after the medication. This is continuing every month. I have this irritation from today Evening.. please help?
