Vagina hygeine
I have a bump / raised area on my vulva down to the vaginal opening. My gynaecologist said it is a scar tissue. Do I need to worry about it ? Can I use V wash to clean vaginal area and also is hot water recommended to clean down there.

I think it may be episiotomy scar hypertrophy.so no need to worry You can use V wash to clean vagina.

It is normal Use plain water and mild neem soap to clean vagina, Vaginal washes are very excoriating not recommended

For cosmetic reasons, you can get it excised. Otherwise no need to worry U can use V wash But dont use hot water .
