You can give paracetamol for fever and pain . Thus can be given SOS or you can repeat it every 4 to 6 hourly. Also at the site of pain and swelling u can apply cold ice pack

Hello.... At 6 weeks opv ,DPT vaccines are given , mild fever and swelling will be there ,its common with vaccination ,nothing to worry. It subsides on its own in two to three days , fever don't last for more than one or two days .... If it persists consult general physician......don't give pain killers for child without consulting doctor.
