My mom is suffering from arthritis and I came to know that it is because of vaat (Increase in acidity of blood). I want to know, is there any test through which we can check the acidity or basicity of blood??

None of the test can detect vata dooshana in rakta, that's why many allopathy doctors based on reports tell that the patient is normal but the pt will be suffering from pain.
