UTI and circumcision
Hi all I have UTI from past ten years. Which comes on and off. Doctors told that one of the reason of re occurance of UTI is that I have horse shoe kidney by birth. Due to this minium 10 to 15 drops of urine is retained in my end part of penis always. My underwear is always wet . When i become  old  , my body resistance may come down, if this UTI is occurring frequently due to this urine retaining, i may get ill health frequently. Always my penis end part is wet. From last two years i am facing another problem. My testicles size is slightly increased and paining. After semen ejection, so much burning  and inconvenience in penis. Doctor told that it is due to prostitis. My grand father , in his last days he suffered a lot due to prostitis and died. Now my question is that , after reading my problem and symptoms,Do you recommend circumcision of penis so that urine may not get retained in penis end area that helps in preventing UTI and future UTI problems. Thanks
