Using synthetic milk

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Dr. i was mistakenly using adulterated synthetic milk for long time and my kids too so now someone said, use NIDO FORTIFIED milk so is it right choice or not if not then what is your opinion ?

I would suggest you to use a homogenized toned milk. This is good. Or skimmed milk.
