You have polycystic ovaries and an ovarian cyst. The ovarian  cyst could be the cause of your pain, not polycystic ovaries.

You do have a large cyst on one side . The multiple cysts on the other side do not seem that significant . You should do some other marker levels and start some medicine to shrink the cyst , and help you optimise your weight as well .. It is very heartening that you are trying to be healthy as our body fat has an immense effect on our hormones ! Excercising also leads to muscle exertion which improves insulin resistance and helps both with weight loss and menstrual health .
