Used finger nail to remove wax / ear pus
I am breastfeeding mother of two months old baby. I used my finger nail to remove ear wax in my right side ear. I went to ENT doctor, she used scope, said pus is there and prescribed medicines for cold related ear infections. She Gave xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal drops and asked me to put on right nose and asked to sleep on side which will reach my right ear. Also gave gudcef cv 200 for 3 days and moticope tablets. She didn't listen to me what i said. She thought i have cold infection.I have no other complaints except ear pain.Today sunday no ENT doctor will be available here. Ear pain is getting worse.around my ears got swelled. Please suggest me ear drops, I can't bear this pain. What pain killer can I take?
