Use salt and sugar
My doctor suggested not to give salt or sugar in baby food until 1 yr ..my baby is 7 month baby but some one said we should give salt and sugar .pls suggest

Hello. There is no problem of adding salt or sugar to baby's diet. You can add small amount of salt and sugar for taste.
