Use of ocp
I had my periods last on 10days back. My next date starts from 16 of next month. I have my exams from the same date and i am very restless and weak during my periods. I get headaches and m unable to think clearly so i wanted to postpone or prepone it. What will be better and also i wanted to know about the use of ocp for period delay. Is it safe ? And how to use it?

Periods may be delayed by the use of OCPs or progestagens provided one starts atleast 2 to 3 weeks prior to her next periods... it is a reasonably safe option in whom there are no contraindications.
