Use 6 misoprostol but no bleeding after

Hi doc, I am almost a month pregnant. I took 6 tablets of misoprostol orally with water. It's over 48hours now no bleeding. Do u advice me to take another dose. What do I do because I can't reach a gynecologist right now.
