My male genital organ doesn't retract. My foreskin is very tight. Head doesn't come out during erection also. Is it normal? What to do? Can I have normal'sex life and kids?

In your case physical examination is necessary. ....tight foreskin seems phimosis... .It requires circumcision - a small operative. ....Many times short frenulum may also cause such issues. ...In that case frenulum tear is necessary. .....In repeated sexual intercourse frenulum also get tear  ( frenulum is a elastic band of tissue under glance penis that connects foreskin ). ........so consult a nearby doctor / Urologist in your city
