My usg report says - evidence of mild prominent pelvicalyceal system due to UV junction calculus measuring around 9.3mm in size. I am female 32 years age.

Hi, please get an XRay done to confirm exact size of stone. If stones are less than 6 mm, chances of their passing on their own are high. If it is actually 9 mm size, better to get it removed endoscopically. Good luck.
