Hi....i am 24 yrs old male...from past one month i am having bad and strong urine smell coming from tip portion of the penis after the urination..if i touch my pant also i can smell that badly on my fingers..i tried drinking more water but i think it did not work...some times i will get some pain and urge to go urine i

Urine naturally has an odor, but it is usually not very strong smelling. Strong smelling urine is usually not a cause for concern. Dehydration occurs when you do not drink enough fluids. If you are dehydrated, you may notice that your urine is a dark yellow or orange color and smells like ammonia.UTI commonly cause urine to smell strong. A strong urge to urinate and a burning sensation upon urination are the most common symptoms of a UTI.Less common causes include diabetes ,liver problem. Get your urine sample analysis done and consult urologist.
