Urine in yellow colour and loose motions
My son is 5months 13days old.from past 4-5 days he is passing urine in yellow colour.we took him to pediatric and urine test done what doc said is nothing to worry it's normal.from morning he is getting loose motions.till now I feed times and he got loose motions 2 times when ever I feed.he is completely into formula from day 1.when he was 4months 15days old he got loose motions for 15days got treated after that fine for I5days now again from morning loose motions started.why again and again he is getting loose motions and why his urine in yellow colour with smell.i m feeding him 1spoon of farex wheat apple a day.he ate happily for 3days after that when ever I'm trying to feed him he is crying.please help me how can I reduce his loose motions why again and again he is getting loose motions ??? How can his urine colour change from yellow to white and how can I reduce his urine smell.please help me out

Next Steps
get urine culture done since urine is smelly.  it will clear doubt about infection which may not be apparent in urine analysis.

Passing stools soon after feeds is normal and urine yellow in colour also normal. Probably don't feed in semisolids now only. You can wait till he completes 6 months. Till 6 months only breast milk and in your case can be formula feeds.

you need to stop giving him farex or any solid food until he completes 6 months of age. it is going to overload his gastrointestinal system, even if he is accepting the feeds happily.
Next Steps
make sure you give him formula in a sterilised katori and spoon. avoid bottle feeding at all costs, since it is the number one cause of repeated stomach infections
