Urine albumin high
My dad age is 69 & his urine albumin is +++ even sugar in urine ++ what to do?

Hi. From what I can gather from this report is that your father is probably a diabetic and he is loosing protein in his urine which is a sign of diabetic nephropathy that means the diabetes is affecting his kidneys. He needs to consult a nephrologist urgently.
