Hi doc. I was having pain in my left testicle for that I visited a physician he gave me ceftum, belic and other medicines and now today I visited again he gave me "taxim of" and chymoral forte as I got a vein on my penis which was paining and uribid- I had this new medicine tonight after dt feeling heat inside stmch urine routine results are showing PUS Cells 1-2 previous it ws 4-5 now wot shud I do to get heal it's been 20 days nw

Please do A color doppler scan of the scrotum to rule out epididymoorchitis and varicocele. Accordingly management changes. If there is varicocele, antibiotics may not be helpful, surgical procedures may be required. otherwise antibiotics will be helpful
