Urinary infection issue
I am in my 25th week of pregnancy. Saturday nyt (6/7/24) I had little bit of lower abdomen pain/ cramps. I had felt lot of heat got generated. When i had a consult with a duty doctor nearby, they took a urine analysis test and said severe infection is present and its the cause for lower abdomen pain. They had given me a injection and antibiotic tablet for 5 days. But i didnt have any symptom of itching or pain in my urinary tract. On a self doubt, i had taken urine analysis test today morning (Monday), and the test results show no infection. Attached both results. So , should i continue with the prescribed medicines or stop it as i dont have infection in todays urine analysis report,so kindly help us regarding this. Prescribed medicines Enterogermina T.MEFTAL SPAS T. Rloc Niftas These medicines  for 5 days
