Urethra structure
When i pass urine it not come with force some time it comes drop by drop. 10-15 min. Of After passing urine I feel like l have to go toilet again some time feel pain. Also Lower back pain. I consulted a urologist he suggested me to do some test with AUG test also. After checking reports he told me you have small block in urethra. He told me it will cure by surgery.
So I want to know is there surgery is only way to cure it or treatment by medicine is available.
I am worry about it plz suggest me best advice.

Can you share your sonogram also was a Uro flow metery done if so share that too it will help in giving you the right advise
