Hello Ma'am, my advise would be, visit a dentist. The dentist will examine you by taking an X-RAY of that tooth, if the cavity is not deep and mouth opening is good then it can be filled, but if the cavity is deep reaching the pulp then in that case generally RCT is done but in wisdom tooth the chances of success of a root canal are less compared to other teeth due to many factors like:- 1- restricted mouth opening, 2-roots are curved too much, so we advise its extraction. But let your dentist decide for your case.
Dear Sir, upper wisdom tooth is not a mandatory warranting tooth like lower wisdom. Major often its not on chewing and a non functioning one.But if a blacklush advised to go restoration or filing of the same by visiting to dentist as any decay will further worsen by food particle depostion.

Hello ,
Thanks for your query first.
There are some home remedies like :
-warm water (salt added ) rinses 3 times a day.
-apply clove (लौंग in hindi) oil on affected area or chew a whole clove.
- Gently swish with 1 table spoon sesame (तिल in hindi) oil for 20 minutes.
But
Above remedies will give you TEMPORARY RELIEF.
For PERMANENT RELIEF... Generally in such case diagnosis is very essential.
We usually advised patients to have an X ray which helps us to know the exact orientation of teeth to evaluate patient better.
Basically there are 3 general possibilities....
CASE 1 : IF CAVITY IS NOT DEEP..... (leaving in your case )
CASE 2 : IF CAVITY IS DEEP.... (leaving in your case )
CASE 3 : IF AFFECTED TEETH IS WISDOM TEETH :
In this case we usually advise to remove it. RCT treatment is a bit complicated in this case and the chances of success with RCT are not high.
mouth opening by the patient is also less.
So it's only dentist who can determine the exact way to treat you on the basis of your situation.
Let me know if I can help you in any possible way.
HAVE A GREAT AND HEALTHY LIFE AHEAD :)

Hello,
Mam,you can visit a dentist and get the area checked. If it is external deposits,it can be cleaned professionally and if it is a cavity,a good restoration should solve the problem.
