Hello, considering your age that is not a good sign that spaces are increasing. if that would have been since birth then it wouldnot have been a issue. but id it is increasing it is a early sign of periodontitis ( where bone loss occurs). an diagnostic radiograph (opg) would definitely help in this case. if that is periodontitis then firstly you should go for cleaning then think of anything else once condiion improves.
Next Steps
visit an orthodontist or a periodontist nearby. prefferably periodontist
Health Tips
depending upon clinical condition you can opt for veneers, composite build cap, crowns or orthodontic treatment

Considering the details you have given, if you do not have any gum disease (periodontitis) we can treat it very easily with Cosmetic Resin  fillings or using braces. If you have gum issues then we will have to correct it then proceed. The cost for Resin filling would range from 1500 to 4000 per teeth. Removable braces ranges from 3000 to 8000.
Next Steps
Might require an OPG xray to rule out gum disease and photograph to assess the clinical situation.

Hi, The reason for increased space is maybe because of gum problem or if there are any teeth missing. Please visit a dentist to rule out that.If the space is slight doing cosmetic filling will help. The other options are caps & veneers which is to be decided after clinical evaluation.

Hello Mam, As a cosmetic Dentist I would advise veneers for the closure of the space between your teeth. However It is advisable for you to get a complete check-up of your oral cavity to determine the reason for the spacing.Regards,Dr Sumanmakam,Dental arts,Jayanagar,Bangalore
