Upper Back ..wrist..pain
I have had upper back stiffness and pain in addition to intermittent right hand wrist pain for years now. Now neck movement is pinging pain in centre upper back. Suggest treatment and diagnosis.

Dear friend Please visit a good orthopedic doctor first and do all the necessary investigations to get to the diagnosis properly. And than visit your nearest physio center and get the proper sessions.

U can go for a thorough check up as symptoms are suggestive of rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis or it can be cervical spondylosis.. kindly go for some blood test as well like vitamin d , vitamin b 12 , calcium , uric acid , RA factor , HLAB 27... so that u can come down to a final diagnosis.. get well soon take care...

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Most probably you have cervical spondylosis you shld consult orthopaedic surgeon n start physio for neck strengthening exercises

Do neck extensors strengthening, mobilisation of neck and thoracic spine and stretching of pectoral muscles.

Symptoms are suggesting of some inflammatory conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis.
Next Steps
I suggest you get following investigation done :- 1.  X ray DL spine AP & LAT, Xray cervical spine AP & LAT 2.CBC ESR HLA-B27, RA FACTOR,ANTI-CCP Review with above investigations.
Health Tips
However in our country I have to keep in mind possibility of Tuberculosis. But in your case it appears very unlikely.
